Staebel Transfer Platform

Staebel Transfer Platform is a manually-operated device designed as a platform for use by healthcare professionals to assist in the physical moving (transfer) of a patient in an upright (standing) position over a short distance. The device consists of a wheeled platform, a surrounding framework, kneepad and handlebar. 

It can include safety belt, to hold the person being transferred in the standing position, for instance, when the user’s weight-bearing ability is questionable or varied.
